I am not a licensed veterinarian, and therefore, I do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or offer guarantees for medical or behavioral conditions in pets. It is the responsibility of the pet owner to seek appropriate care from a licensed veterinarian for any medical or behavioral issues their pet may experience. No Guarantee of Results:

While the services provided aim to support overall wellness, no guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes. Results can vary widely based on individual circumstances, and as such, no warranty or representation is made that specific results will be achieved. You understand that healing and wellness are highly individual processes, and you agree that you will not hold Alaskan Dog Whisperer or any representatives liable for any perceived lack of success.

No Refund Policy:

All services provided by Alaskan Dog Whisperer are non-refundable. By engaging in our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy and understand that payment is required for all scheduled sessions, regardless of attendance or perceived outcomes.

Informed Consent:

By engaging in the services offered by Alaskan Dog Whisperer, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and that you understand the nature of the services being provided. You confirm that you have had the opportunity to ask questions regarding these services and that your questions have been answered to your satisfaction.

Service Limitations:

The services provided are not intended to replace traditional veterinary or medical care. It is the responsibility of the client to maintain regular consultations with their veterinarian or healthcare provider as needed.

Emergency Situations:

In the case of an emergency or if your pet is experiencing a medical crisis, you should seek immediate care from a licensed veterinarian. The services provided by Alaskan Dog Whisperer are not intended to address emergency situations.

Client Responsibility:

It is the client’s responsibility to communicate openly about their pet’s health and any concerns that arise. You agree to inform Alaskan Dog Whisperer of any changes in your pet’s condition that may affect the services provided. Clients are also responsible for preparing for their sessions by reading any emails prior to appointments, submitting questions in advance, and ensuring they are in a quiet place where they can fully engage. Sessions are time-limited, and it is important to make the most of that time.

Note-Taking and Session Summaries:

Clients are encouraged to take their own notes during sessions, as I do not provide written records of our discussions. While an optional AI-generated summary can be requested for Zoom meetings, please understand that this summary may not capture every detail accurately and is intended for general reference only.

Expectations of Behavior:

All clients are expected to engage in a respectful and cooperative manner during sessions. Any disruptive or abusive behavior will not be tolerated, and Alaskan Dog Whisperer reserves the right to terminate services immediately if this occurs.

No Harassment Policy:

Alaskan Dog Whisperer maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment of any kind, whether verbal, written, or physical. Clients engaging in such behavior will be barred from receiving services.

Communication Guidelines:

Please direct all inquiries and communications through the designated channels provided by Alaskan Dog Whisperer. This helps ensure timely responses and maintains a professional environment.

Termination of Services:

Alaskan Dog Whisperer reserves the right to terminate services at any time, for any reason, particularly if I feel that the well-being of the client, pet, or practitioner is compromised. Clients will be informed of the termination, and no refunds will be issued for unused services.

Confidentiality:

All information shared during sessions, whether for pets or humans, is considered confidential and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law. This includes medical, behavioral, or emotional details shared during consultations. However, if there is a situation where there is a risk of harm to yourself, others, or if required by law, I may be obligated to disclose information to the appropriate authorities.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

All services provided by Alaskan Dog Whisperer are governed by the laws of the state of Alaska. Any disputes arising out of or related to these services shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Alaska and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alaska.

Right to Refuse Service:

Alaskan Dog Whisperer reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at our discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, circumstances where we feel that the services offered are not in the best interest of the client, pet, or practitioner. Our commitment is to provide a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all parties involved.
